                Vedhakani Thavamaiyam is functioning under Kasakaranur Manavalakalai Trust Salem. it is inaugurated by Mr.ULAVAN.M. THANGAVELU Vice President, WCSC, WCSC Extention Director, Salem Zone President on April 21, 2021. We provide Simfied yoga practices, Kayakalpa Yoga Practice, and Introspection  Courses levels  1,2,3 under the guidance of Kasakaranur temple of consciousness Manavalakalai Trust  Salem.

Simplified Physical Exercises

               Yogiraj Shri Vethathiri Maharishi after years of intense research systematized a series of exercises that is suitable for all climates and all sections of the human community in the contemporary age. In the human physical system, the subtle life force and the gross body are linked by three media: blood, heat, and air.

If the normal quantity and quality of these media and their
circulation are adversely affected, the harmony between the body and life force is disturbed and the result is pain.
Natural causes such as climatic changes, hereditary imprints, and changes in the planetary configurations and radiation also can disturb the health and mind.
We can always be cautious in our own actions and thus avoid harmful results, and practice regular exercise to maintain the required fitness.

There are two aspects of simplified physical exercises

  1. Postures
  2. Movements

SKY Exercise comprises exercise for the whole body from head to toe and there are 9 stages of exercise

  1. Hand Exercise
  2. Leg Exercise
  3. Neuro-Muscular Exercise
  4. Eye Exercise
  5. Kapalabathi
  6. Makarasanam
  7. Massage
  8. Acupressure
  9. Relaxation

If we practice these simple exercises regularly which will take only 30 minutes to practise, then one can experience below benefits. Maintains general fitness; develops the immunity system and thus acts as a preventive and as a curative to various diseases.

Simplified Kayakalpa Yoga

               Restructuring the body in a natural way, Kaya Kalpa helps cure and prevent diseases. It relieves the practitioner of many of the troubles of aging.
Kayakalpa Yoga is an ancient wonderful technique of the Siddhas(saints) of South India for the enhancement of life energy.
              In Sanskrit, the term 

                               “Kaya” means “body and “Kalpa” means “immortal”.

 The Science of Kayakalpa delineates the manner in which

  • The human body can be immortalized,
  • Maintaining youthfulness and physical health,
  • Resisting and slowing down the aging process,
  • Postponing death until one reaches spiritual perfection.

In order to understand the science of Kaya Kalpa we have to study the functioning of the human system. This system mainly comprises:

  • The physical body
  • The mind
  • The bio-magnetism
  • The life-force
  • The sexual vital fluid.

  • The Kayakalpa can be learned by those who have attained physical maturity (age above 14).

• We need to spend only 3 minutes every morning and evening.
• These exercises are taught in about 3 hours time by the SKY Professors.

SKY Yoga Meditation

          

The purpose of meditation is an elevation of the mind. The frequencies of the mind waves come down and the mind becomes tranquil during meditation. Regular and diligent practices of meditation help one to achieve perfection and peace in life. Kundalini is the life force; the energy of the body and mind. Simplified Kundalini Yoga is the practice to utilize the life-life force for the object of meditation.

SKY Introspection for Happiness

         

  Introspection is a practical methodology for sublimating the negative emotions of greed, anger, vengeance, worries, etc. After basic Meditation practices, Introspection courses are given in five stages. They comprise special meditation practices, powerful Introspection techniques, and discourses on various aspects of Self, Society, Effect System, Philosophy of Magnetism, Evolution of the Universe, and Living Beings. 

 Meditation Practices include meditation on various Chakras, the  Five Senses, the  Five Great Elements, Universal Energy Field, and the Absolute Space. 

 Introspection includes practices of self-analysis designed to take stock of positive and negative characteristics in our personality, eliminate the unwanted and incompatible aspects of one’s character, strengthen the habits of good thought, word, and deed, discern, and reject the habits which are unwanted. 

 The five techniques of introspection are:  

  • Analysis of Thoughts
  • Streamlining of Desires
  • Neutralization of Anger
  • Eradication of Worries
  • Realization of Self

 This introspection was designed by Shri Vethathiri Maharishi to sublimate the personality. One must eliminate all unwanted and incompatible aspects of one’s character to enjoy, peace, health, wisdom, prosperity, and happiness in life.
